Reserving a bag

Found your dream bag but need a little time or it's coming soon? We’re happy to hold it for you!

To reserve an item, we require a 20% deposit, which goes directly toward the full purchase price. 

• In case of an in stock bag: Once your deposit is placed, we will immediately remove the piece from all of our sales channels so it's exclusively yours. You then have 14 days to complete the remaining balance. Please note that if the balance isn't paid within this 14-day window, the reservation will be canceled, the item will return to our shop, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• In case of a coming soon bag: We will notify you via email the moment your bag arrives. We'll send over detailed photos and videos so you can review it closely. If it meets your standards, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. If it doesn't quite meet your expectations, we will gladly refund your deposit in full back to your original payment method.
