Local Pickup Policy (GTA only)

Reserving a bag for local pickup means taking it off the market and declining other interested buyers. To reserve your item exclusively an offline pickup, a deposit is required.

Once your deposit has been received, we will:

• Issue an official deposit invoice.
• Immediately remove the item from all sales platforms.
• Arrange a safe public meetup location within the GTA to complete your purchase.

Deposit policy:

• Items under $1,000: 20% deposit via e-Transfer
• Items $1,000 and above: $200 deposit via e-Transfer

If you complete your purchase, your deposit is applied 100% toward the final purchase price.

If you cancel or do not complete the purchase, the deposit is non-refundable will be retained to cover the exclusive reservation of the item, secure handling, transportation, and administrative costs associated with preparing your order.
